Ordering and Availability

I Dream Elephants strive to make the ordering process as easy as possible.

Shop by browsing our outfits or product categories.

Click on the image to access the outfit´s individual product page. This will allow you to see information regarding sizing, colour options, quantities and stock availability.

If you would like to purchase the product, click ´add to my buggy´.

You can review your selection in ´my buggy´ by simply clicking on the shopping bag icon. If you choose to delete an item click ´remove´ next to the item and your shopping bag will automatically update.

To resume shopping click ´continue shopping´ to continue back to the store.

Once you are satisfied with your selection in your shopping bag click submit order and follow the instructions.

After submitting an order to us we will send you a transaction confirmation email and an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the products that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods, which are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to order alternative goods that are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when we send you an email confirming that the products you have ordered have been dispatched to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Right to Withdraw Goods

We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any goods from the Website.

Prices and Promotions

All prices and charges on the Website are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

Payment

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery Info section and will be confirmed to you on the final step before you click on the "submit order" button.

Payment can be made by all major credit cards (MasterCard, Solo, Switch Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron & Delta, Amex). Payment will be debited from your account upon or shortly before despatch of the goods to you.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Security (Sagepay)

We use the industry leading internet payment company Sagepay to protect your card details and protect us from fraud. The following security systems are used.

Transaction security: All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Sagepay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sagepay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sagepay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Encryption and Data Storage: All sensitive data is secured on Sagepay using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Links to banks: Sagepay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Employee access: No individuals within I Dream Elephants or Sagepay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even form our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
